Fill a serving glass half full of ice. In a mixing tin, pour 1/2 oz. of brandy, 1/4 oz. of Monin Espresso Syrup, 1/4 oz. of Monin Swiss Chocolate Syrup, and cold brewed coffee and shake to blend. Pour back into the serving glass and top with heavy cream to taste. Serve.
